James is the owner and craftsman behind Ex31:3 Workmanship, a small-batch woodworking studio blending traditional handcraft with modern CNC precision. A former U.S. Navy submariner, he approaches design with discipline, curiosity, and a willingness to jump in with both feet. Though he’s only been carving with CNC for a couple of years, his projects are known for clean execution, thoughtful detail, and near dead‑on accuracy.
