General Information
A CNC-cut rolling garden tool cart designed for long-handled tools and garage organization. Features finger-jointed trays, strong laminated legs, and a compact footprint that fits any shop. Part of the Tahoe CNC Designs collection of shop and garden organizers.

Construction Steps
Cut this design file on a 1/2" x 24" x 32" plywood. Sand, ease edges of the cutouts, glue up. This is the top shelf.
Cut this design file again on a 1/2" x 24" x 32" piece. Sand, ease edges again, glue up. Add a solid bottom. This is the bottom shelf.
create legs out of four pairs of 3" x 32" and 3.5" x 32" pieces of same 1/2" plywood. glue up.
assemble top shelf, legs, and bottom shelf. glue and screw.
add caster plates, glue and screw. add 3" casters. Screw in through caster plates and into bottom shelf.
