use this file as a template for a bandsaw box. 60 degree V bit at .10-.25 works great to give you an outline to follow with your blade. texturing was done by hand with a dremel tool.

check dimensions before carving! carve the center. then carve the exterior and box at .10-20 with a 60 degree v bit. this allows your bandsaw blade to fall into the groove and guide along the cut. after pulling from the machine i used a dremel with a ball mill to texture between the "leaves".
