Are you a K-12 teacher or educator? Easel Classroom gives every student on your roster their own Easel Pro account, inside a private class you run. Students design, share, and carve on their own login, and you can see and comment on all of it from one place.

Easel Classroom is for K-12 schools and districts in the United States. It's $129 per class per year, and starts with a 7-day free trial.
What students get
- Full Easel Pro. V-carving, 3D carving, inlays, the design library, 300+ fonts, and unlimited carves on every student account.
- A private class feed. Work in progress shows up in a feed only the class can see. Classmates can help each other, and you can spot who's stuck.
- A class gallery. Students turn work in by publishing it to the class gallery. When a student builds on a classmate's project, the copy shows where it came from.
- Feedback on the design. Click a spot on a student's canvas and leave a comment there. It stays with the project.
- Build photos from a phone. Students scan a QR code to add photos of their carve to the project.
How to set up a class
- Apply for an Educator Account at easel.com/education/apply. As part of the application, your school signs off on Easel's student privacy documents, and a signed student data privacy agreement for your state is uploaded.
- Start your free trial. Once you're approved, open the Account tab in Easel, choose how many classes you need, and click Start 7-day free trial.
- Create a class. Click Manage Classes, name your class, and click Create class.
- Add students. On the class page, paste your students' school email addresses or import a CSV, then click Add students.
- Share the class code. Students go to easel.com/classroom, enter the code, and sign in with their school Google account or create an account with their school email.

Built for student privacy
Easel Classroom is built for K-12, including students under 13.
- A student account exists only because a teacher added that address to a class. There's no sign-up form for students.
- Nothing a student makes is public. Projects, feeds, and galleries are visible only to you and the class.
- From the class page, you can remove a student, reset a password, or turn off joining once your roster is full.

Good to know
- A class holds up to 35 students, so small sections can share one class.
- Add classes from the Account tab any time.
- When a term ends, archive the class to free its slot for the next group. Students who aren't in another active class have their accounts and projects deleted within 60 days, so ask them to download anything they want to keep.
- A student who already has a personal Easel account can join with it. It becomes a class account, and anything they shared publicly is taken down.
- Subscriptions are paid by card. If your school needs to pay another way, email help@easel.com.
Already have an Educator Account?
Your free Easel Pro isn't changing, and you don't need Classroom to keep it. Educator Accounts now renew once a year: when yours ends, reapply at easel.com/education/apply. For existing Educator Accounts, the first reapplication is due January 18, 2027.
To add Classroom to an existing Educator Account, click Complete your school's sign-off in the Account tab.
Learn more at easel.com/pages/education, or email help@easel.com with questions. We can't wait to see what your students make.
