Hi Ben, I tried this design but it did not come out as expected so I ruined a piece of Corian. It made some extra cuts & did not follow the outer profile. Will try again with a piece of pine. John G

I broke this apart in easel. Reduced cutting time by 1hr30min. I also increased the size of the roughing bit to make the rough cuts and made the hexagons a cut on path instead of a clear out. Excellent plans, thank you.
