Cutting

Cut the shapes in the file out of Padauk and white acrylic. You can use a CNC mill, jeweler's saw, band saw or laser cutter to do so. Use a small drill bit to cut the hole for the ear wires (ear wires not included). Milling the hole for the ear wires is not recommended. The padauk file can be accessed by clicking "Open in Easel" above. The acrylic file can be opened "here":http://app.easel.com/projects/a-hKqrqNptx78psvgJ8oNA.

Assembly

Glue the white acrylic to the back of the Padauk leaving as much white showing as you'd like.

the SVG doesn't even load into Easel. Why put a project on the site that can't be cut with just your machines?
