Description

5 horizontal rail mounts for Festool, Powertec and Makita rails - 3 for long or joined rails - 2 for the standard 55" rail

Additional Tools/Materials Needed: - 1/8" dble flute bit - 12" x 18", 1/2" Baltic Birch Plywood - 3/8" Dowels for alignment posts - 1-1/4" Wood Screws - Glue

Build Guide

  1. Top of assembly includes the component with the arrow, a small 2-hole component and a large 4-hole component.

  2. Combine the 4-hole and the small 2-hole parts together with dowels and glue. Then trim and sand flush.

  3. Place the arrow component on top and pre-drill through the smaller 2-hole part using a 3/32 bit. Place a wood screw through the parts, careful not to over tighten.

  4. Repeat assembly for the lower structure, using glue, one small 2-hole part and one medium 2 hole part and the bottom of the large 4-hole component. For these, the dowel will go all the way through all 3
