Art, I have been working on making one of your boards. How did you arrive at a depth of 0.431 inches for the numbers along the track. especially for a 60 degree bit? Would not a 30 degree engraving bit with a shallower depth be better?

have you had a look at each file? 33 mins to drill these? also the first file for holes doesn't have any content.
