To make the mould I have used a 3mm bit so you can make a template to copy each layer with a more substantial template cutter I've allowed a 3mm sizing difference between the top and the internal mould to accommodate the thickness of the sides. Within this project there are other drawings some preliminary and some back ups from which I did the design so you won't need everything also there are some drawings for a jig to make this Martin type guitar as a removable neck, along the lines of a Taylor I think it's a much more sensible idea than having to de-glue a joint of a neck reset?
