When I open in easel it comes up blank

Try a different browser. I have had problems with Safari and chrome usually works great. It is hit or miss with IE

Also, it is only at a depth of .022 inches so you may have to use ctrl+A to highlight it in order to see the design and manipulate it. It is very detailed so it has to be cut at that depth in order to not lose some of the lines.

Yeah, it almost looks invisible until you use crtl+A
