Design snowflake
Open the SVG file in Easel and add any text you like.
Estimated time: 15 minutes
Cut out snowflake
I chose to use a 1/8" bit for the profile and a V shaped bit to get detail in the text.

Paint ornaments with your family
We used washable finger paints. Once the paint dried 3 coats of polyurethane were applied to seal in the washable paints.
A fine paintbrush can be used to add detail to the lettering.

Add hook and ribbon
With a drill press or hand drill, add small holes to the top of the ornament. A 1/32" drill bit worked well for the eye hooks we found at the hardware store.
Tie a ribbon to the hook to finish the ornament.
