What a great design Andrew! I think that it's really cool making furniture with the cnc. I also love how you fit the pieces. One thing I would suggest is making it a bit bigger if you have enough wood for the job. Other than that it is, again, a great design!
great design works with .467 birch plywood unmodified if you run as designed leave 1/8th bit in the program but install 1/16th bit into router thanks for the design

David, I would do a test cut with 2 pieces and see if the joint is tight. If not scale it up or down and try again. 4/25/19

Question. you have a 30x30 peace of plywood but when you go to carving it goes up to 31.5. 1.5 inches off the piece.
