Work stop that works with arching clamps

General Information
Use a 3-1/2" bolt in the t-track, slide this stop over the bolt, fasten it down with a knob/nut, and finally, use an arching clamp on the same bolt, fastened by a knob/nut. See Youtube - @Marc9889 "Is there a better way to clamp your workpiece?" for additional details.
