I designed this X-Carve Tool Tray to organize all of my clamps, ramps, bases, bits and other accessories I have and neatly place them on available space over the Controller Side Board.
A 3mm wide shoulder was routed around the tray to hold an optional acrylic cover.

The bit I used for this carve was the 1/8" 2-Flute Solid Carbide Compression Bit part number 30668-01 sold by Inventables. I chose this bit because it leaves a nice finish on both the top and bottom side of your material, as described.
