Any information you could add to this? I'm assuming this was brass? What was your bit? Feed rate? Any other pointers when cutting this kind of material?

I used an engraving bit and the default easel settings for aluminum. My lubrication was WD-40 that I would just spray on the brass every few minutes. I have found that a single flute bit works best with the Dewalt 611 router when cutting metal.
