The standard size for casino chips is 39mm in diameter. So first make a circle in Easel that is 39mm.
Estimated time: 15 minutes
how do I cut the circles after the engraving
William Greenwald
how do I setup the machine to engrave the letters first and then cut the circles second is their two paths?
William Greenwald
Easel now has 2 steps so you can cut with 2 different bits. Another option is to design the circles with the letters in one workpiece (at the bottom), duplicate it and on one erase the letters on the other the circles. Make sure you carve the letters first, then cut the circles.
Carlos Olvera
It would also be faster to use V-Carving instead of 1/32" bit to do the letters. I did a sheet at a time to make it faster.

I used the vacuum, them a tooth brush, and then washed them.
