sorry, I thought strait forward was obvious. it lines up with the holes already in the waste board

No I mean it doesn’t line up with the 0line on the board so what I was asking is how do you know where to put it so it would cut right

Ryan, You can put it anywhere on the spoil board. Then when you set up your x,y coordinates you zero it in the corner of this bracket.

If I am figuring it correctly this will not work with the new 80mm spacing on the holes, is that correct?

I made this and shared it a few years ago now, if they've changed the spacing then you're probably correct.
