Notes

The centre slot for retaining alignment of vertical travel is 6.4 mm I'm using an aluminium blade which is a piece of 2" x 1/4" an inch found it to be just a little snug so I had to do some work with sandpaper to ease it you may want to make this 6.8 mm and save yourself som work?
