basic description

This was designed around a spring I had laying around. You will have to modify the design for the parts that you have available.

This is also designed for 1/4 material. So, if you intend on using a different material thickness, be sure to modify the joints. Keep in mind that the bottom connection for the spring needs to be able to glide along the 3 "rails" so the spring can do it's work.

to keep the sharpie in place, I currently am using a rubber band and a binder clip. When I get my 3d printer in, I will be designing a clip to replace it.

Tell me what I'd use this for...

turns your machine into a plotter basically... I have used it to create templates for painting parts such as kids puzzles.
