I dont remember how. I do remember having to draw it with software about 6 yrs ago several times before getting it right.

What bit did you use for this? I've been looking for longer bits to cut through thicker slabs of wood like this. Beautiful work!

I used a 1/4" Sharpro bit 2" long. I then sanded and finished with a dremel. I admit it took a little time to get it to look like this.
