Are you experiencing any problems with sloppy plug to socket fit? Does your machine cut the cutout side of the plug with the V Bit? Does your machine go halfway through the outline cutout and then start over? These ar problems I am having that I reported back to Easel and they haven't seem to have done anything about it. I am wondering if I am doing something wrong.

It seems to be resolved. Also, it didn't detail cut the outline of the plug material. I stopped using 30-degree v bit as posted earlier. 60 degree seems to work. I did a 4mm depth.
