Cut Path Setup
Setup proper material and bit for each cut.

Cut Out All Parts
Switch out material and setup cut files for the all six cuts.
(see step 2)
Estimated time: 240 minutes
Finish All Parts
Sand, polish, and finish all parts to desired level.
Estimated time: 120 minutes
Glue Up Wheels
Apply a thin layer of JB Weld, Super Glue, or a strong adhesive of your choice between each wheel and tire. Clamp work together and let glue set.
Estimated time: 20 minutes
Assemble Bus Chassis
Starting with the back axel, press fit axel cap to one end of the axel. Add a wheel and place on to chassis center board. Add second wheel and cap off with a second axel cap. Repeat steps for the front axel.
Estimated time: 5 minutes
Assemble Bus Layers
Add each layer of the bus in order to create a gradual profile curve.
Estimated time: 2 minutes
Add Surfboard
Press layers together and insert surfboard to lock layers together.
Estimated time: 1 minutes

Hey there. All your files are locked somehow. Ive tried running them through illustrator cs6 multiple ways, as well Every link to files except the first one are either just pictures in another browser window or not shared publicly???.

@paulmunger Thanks for pointing that out! We fixed the sharing settings and files are now unlocked. If you want to download the SVG files you can right click on the link and choose “download file”, then they should open in illustrator. Thanks! MNML

I like this project but the black file and the download zip file are having issues. The black easel file says it is not public and the zip file is not found. Just FYI.
