4U Fly Rack Sleeve with adjustable rack ear depths and customisable logo. 400mm depth.
Intended for use with additional items - 9mm Hexa Plywood Penn Elcom 4U rack ears R0863/2MM-04 M4 Type Cabinet Handle & Knob Fixing Screw 20mm M4 Nuts & Washers 3.5mm x 20mm Wood Screws to piece together.

Guide holes drilled by hands then screwed together on each notch. 4 each side and 6 each top / bottom.
This sleeve fits in a Peli Storm IM2750 or a Peli Air 1637 once appropriately foamed.
I made it using a Fox Alien CL-6560 with a 1.5kw Spindle. 1/4 up bit, 18000rpm, 1200mm/min, 3mm plunge depth
