These prevent the chafing and makes it easier to wear the masks for extended periods of time. After these cut I put them on the belt sander at a 45* angle to soften the edge. This caused the chips to melt. But those chips pop right off after a few seconds of cooling down.

These were out of acrylic. They were a bit stiff. The next few batches were HDPE. Much better!
