All the credit goes to Phillip Lunsford for this project. I just used his technique to make all the letters. I use 3/4 MDF and plexiglass. Just wanted to share it with the ones asking for it or who don't have the time to make all the letters. Enjoy!!!

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cutting

All you have to do is cut the 2 pieces and glue them together. I used small #4 (1/2") flat head screws to attach the plexiglass. In the part where the slot is, don't worry about the screw holes, they are there just for reference. With the 1/4" bit you wont be able to drill them. The plexi glass that I used was .1 thick.
