This project has one workpiece for engraving with a v-bit, and a second workpiece with the cutout.
Engrave the first workpiece using a v-bit and Easel pro.
Estimated time: 30 minutes
Click over to the second workpiece and change the bit to a flat bit.
Then cut out the engraving.
Estimated time: 5 minutes
You might need to lightly sand the deep parts of the engraving, then you are good to go!
Estimated time: 5 minutes
I am cutting one of these out of MDF just as a sample. It is working great. But I'm finding out ,as it is doing the vertical lines, the machine doesn't have a lot of downward stability as it crosses the horizontal lines.

Did you come across this issue also? Maybe you can change your program to do all of the first step cuts. Then all of the second step cuts. Then the third. It would also cut down on your run time. And possibly make more define cuts
