I used a 1/8 end mill... the file is right here... Nothing else really to say... 12x12 piece of wood...

Cool design! I'm having an issue with the holes not being perfectly round and things not quite fitting. Anyone else? I might be using too hard of wood or a setting might be off. Any thoughts? Thanks
