Thank you for sharing this project. It is my first 3D carve. Everything went well but my facial features didn't turn out on all the people. I am using 1/8 ball nose for finish and 1/8 down cut for rough. I set my depth to project the thickness of a piece paper. Any suggestions

need to use a 2mm or smaller ball nose to get detail, and have less than 12% stepover.

I've ran this cut twice now and both times in the same spot about 2/3rd from the top the shifts and throws the cut off. At first I thought the workpiece slid but after repeating the same cut and reenforced the hold downs and seeing the same mistake, I'm left scratching my head.
