the iconic exchange between han and princess leia before he's frozen in carbonite in ESB, now in conversation hearts ! i suggest mdf for paintability, but you could also do this in soft maple if you glued up a panel. the pieces are small, so for hanging i would use mounting tape or command strips.

'photos' are chatgpt made from the easel file mock up. size and scale is adjustable. i also leave the v carve on a separate workpiece so you can hog out the profiles quickly with an 1/8 inch bit.
