I made a lap desk so I could work on my laptop while sitting in bed. The laptop tends to get pretty warm so I used my XCarve to cut a series of slots in the 1/2" baltic birch plywood I used for the top. I also made a build video and posted it on youtube.

Where are the legs? They are not in the associated Easel Project.

where is the rest of the file? There are just the top cutouts?
Ryan Gratland
Sorry Ryan and Dominick, I cut the legs out on a band saw. The XCarve is great for a lot of stuff, but it was quicker to just mark out a curve on the band saw, clamp the legs together, cut them out on the band saw, and use an oscillating spindle sander to smooth them out.
