I designed this vacuum table grid for my XCarve Pro 4x4. I used 1" PVC pipe for mine to clear the bottom of the CNC. I used 3/4" MDF.

Looks nice. What was your spacing for the grid, and what gasket material are you using? What size vacuum are you attaching to your system, and are you independently valving each section? Thanks!
